Breed: Appaloosa Age: 21 years old Ella is a lovely lady, soft coat and temperament. She has a slow and careful way with people, both when being ridden or doing ground work. Attention is her favorite treat!

Breed: Fjord Age: 17 years old Brewen is not a large horse, but he is proof that big personality comes in smaller packages! He is a favorite for both his personality and coloring, and participants love his mohawk mane!
Rocco
Breed: Halflinger Age: 21 years old Hi there, I’m Rocco. I like to think of myself as a surfer dude riding the waves of Hawaii, but in reality, I’m riding the trails in Turner, OR. It's a beautiful place if you haven’t been! I’m your typical laid-back guy. I enjoy the sunshine, hanging out with my fellow veterans, and spending time with my big bro, Big Mac. Life’s pretty good!
Oakley
Breed: Palomino Quarter Horse Age: 15 years old Hi! I'm Oakley! I'm a bit of an anxious guy, but being here at Horses of Hope has really helped me overcome that. At 14 years old, I was originally bred to be a cow horse, so I have a natural instinct to chase my buddies around (though they might not always appreciate it!). If you every get the chance to ride me, you'll find that i'm solid and reliable. I enjoy working and always listen carefully to every cue.

Breed: Palomino Age: 23 years old I'm Bodie, a long-time resident here at Horses of Hope. I'm a steady, easy-going guy whose attitude and pace never change. Before coming here, I was a professional reining horse and loved working with cows. Now, my days are spent giving rides to people who really need me, and I wouldn't have it any other way!

Breed:Liver Chestnut Age: 23 years old Hi! I'm Benny, a horse from the Eugene horse auction who found my forever home with Horses of Hope. I love people and listen well to anyone who rides me. Although I'm around 23 years old, don't let that fool you - I still have plenty of pep in my step and am ready for each workday.

Breed: Spotted Draft Age: 14 years old Hey, I’m Max, a spotted draft cross who stands at a towering 18 hands! I’m owned by Horses of Hope, and before coming here, I was a beach cruiser for a riding company. I love people, long trail rides through the woods, and being brushed while hearing "good boy".
Earl
Breed: Sorrel with Flaxen Mane and Tail Age: 20 years old I’m Earl, i've had a rough life being used as a workhorse. It took me years to get over the trauma, but with that, I’ve learned that people aren’t so bad after all. I’ve got a lot of opinions, but once my halter’s on, I’m all business.
Big Mac
Breed: Belgian Draft Age: 21 years old Hey there! I'm Big Mac, yep, just like the burger! I'm on a care lease with Horses of Hope, and my mom knows this place was meant for me because of my big, easy-going demeanor. I've got round teddy bear ears and a huge muzzle with the softest whinny.

Breed: Gypsy Vanner Age: 26 years old Tilly’s favorite part of the day is her ground work sessions, where she enjoys being pampered with lots of brushing and the occasional braid in her luxurious mane and tail. She’s a true princess at heart, always loving the attention and affection she receives.
