My name is Kendall Nickerson and I'm an instructor, horse trainer, and equine specialist at Horses of Hope. Horses have been a part of my life for my whole life. I've been riding and competing since I was little. I did equine 4-H for 7 years and I participated in the Oregon High School Equestrian team all four years, qualifying for state four times and regionals twice all on my childhood pony Sophie. Now as an adult I still ride and compete on horses that I've trained myself which is very rewarding. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and genuine love for horse with everyone I interact with and my goal is to help others gain real connections not only with their fellow peers but with horses as well.
