Hi my name is Nicole Brazil and I’m an instructor at Horses of Hope. I first got involved with Horses of Hope as volunteer in September of 2022 because I missed working and interacting with horses.
I grew up in California and moved to Salem in March of 2021. My love of horses started at a young age and I was about 7 years old when I began riding. I’ve been riding ever since and was trained to ride English and how to jump. I previously worked as an animal trainer for the film industry in California, training a variety of animals including horses. I’ve also worked as a Humane Law Enforcement officer for the San Diego Humane Society, where I learned about proper horse handling, management, and care. I’m excited to be a part of the Horses of Hope team!
